As part of the prize that awaits winners of the adidas Inspirators contest, the adidas adizero adios shoe (the same model Haile Gebrselassie wore when he rewrote his record in Berlin this year) was released to the 200 chosen contestants.

Here's a first look at the shoe:







It boasts of full-forefoot adiPRENE (as seen below):



Have yet to take the shoe for a run (will do so tomorrow). So I'll update on the feel of the shoes later (:



And in case you're wondering, the adios will be commercially available in January 2009.
